<p>We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our esteemed wine industry team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, payroll administration, and benefits management, along with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Only candidates bilingual in English/Spanish will be considered.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies related to employee conduct, leave management, and workplace procedures.</p><p>• Ensure the employee handbook, records, and HR files are accurate, compliant, and updated annually.</p><p>• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of employee salary and wage history while coordinating participation in industry salary surveys.</p><p>• Lead the company’s safety committee and oversee compliance with workplace safety regulations.</p><p>• File workers’ compensation reports and investigate workplace injuries.</p><p>• Support recruitment efforts by reviewing résumés, participating in interviews, and assisting with the hiring process.</p><p>• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll, including tracking contributions, managing wage garnishments, and handling employee status changes.</p><p>• Oversee healthcare benefits renewal, including eligibility, enrollment, deduction management, and contribution processing.</p><p>• Audit benefit records and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and certifications.</p><p>• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within the wine industry.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of legal compliance, payroll systems, benefits administration, and employee relations.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.</p><p>• Fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration, please call Amanda Howell at 707-578-3355.</p>
