Sr. Compliance Analyst
<p>We are looking for an experienced Sr. Compliance Analyst to join our client. In this role, you will oversee compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance with grant agreements and drive risk management efforts.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and implement mitigation strategies.</p><p>• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation to meet regulatory standards.</p><p>• Oversee compliance with grant agreements, ensuring all requirements are met effectively.</p><p>• Perform audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.</p><p>• Provide detailed compliance reporting to leadership and stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements.</p><p>• Collaborate with teams to manage compliance risks and implement operational risk management strategies.</p><p>• Monitor changes in regulations and update policies accordingly to ensure continued compliance.</p><p>• Train staff on compliance standards and practices to promote awareness and adherence.</p><p>• Evaluate and enhance compliance management systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>• Support HIPAA-regulated activities by ensuring privacy and security compliance.</p>
• Proven expertise in compliance management, including documentation and reporting.<br>• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and operational risk management.<br>• Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.<br>• Experience conducting audits and compliance assessments.<br>• Ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.<br>• Demonstrated ability to identify and manage compliance risks effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills for training and collaboration purposes.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
