<p>Robert Half is partnering with our client, a global leader in technology and digital innovation, in search of a<strong> Senior Campaign Program Manager</strong> to lead the execution of large-scale, multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role supports high-visibility campaigns designed to engage millions of customers across a variety of digital and physical touchpoints. We are looking for a strategic and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences through integrated marketing programs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Seattle, WA (onsite)</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 8-month contract</p><p><strong>Hours: </strong>40 hours/week</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $95-100/hour</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>The Senior Campaign Program Manager will serve as the central point of coordination for complex marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery across multiple business units, regions, and media channels. This individual will manage project plans, align stakeholders, and oversee campaign readiness and execution from kickoff through launch.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and complete execution.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones to maintain on-schedule delivery.</li><li>Act as the central liaison among marketing, creative, analytics, operations, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment on goals, budgets, and deliverables.</li><li>Lead campaign planning, readiness, and performance review meetings to track progress and ensure accountability.</li><li>Partner with analytics and insights teams to evaluate campaign performance, synthesize learnings, and recommend optimizations.</li><li>Identify and proactively address potential risks or blockers impacting timelines or execution quality.</li><li>Maintain campaign documentation, training materials, and operational frameworks to drive efficiency and scalability.</li><li>Support the development of new processes and mechanisms to streamline campaign operations and enable cross-team visibility.</li><li>Stay current with marketing best practices, technologies, and emerging trends to inform future strategies.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience in campaign, program, or project management within marketing, advertising, or e-commerce environments.</li><li>Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to completion.</li><li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior-level partners.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.</li><li>Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.</li><li>Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Smartsheet.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li></ul>
