This role's primary responsibility is to lead upcoming tasks related to Workday HCM, serving as the linchpin for strategy, execution, and stakeholder communication. Apply today! </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>12 month contract with potential to extend</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Hybrid - Onsite 2 days per week </p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday - Friday 8 to 5pm PST </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a point of contact between system administrators and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and smooth task execution.</li><li>Identify system-related issues, devise plans and shepherd procedures from inception to completion.</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR Team and stakeholder groups, providing technical direction and creating robust problem-solving strategies.</li><li>Master the functionalities of newly acquired tools.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Extensive knowledge and experience in Workday and Workday HCM business processes.</li><li>Proven expert-level experience in business analysis.</li><li>Exemplary communication skills and patience in dealing with stakeholders with varied levels of technical capability.</li><li>Adaptability to dynamic environments and ability to effectively manage change.</li><li>Capacity to define technical procedures for stakeholders with limited IT know-how and provide clear visions of Workday functionalities.</li><li>Agile / SCRUM experience</li><li>Strong documentation skills</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.</li><li>Understanding of UKG Work Force Management and UKG Pro.</li><li>Knowledge in Workday integration concepts.</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.</li><li>SCRUM certification</li></ul>
