First Impressions Coordinator
We are looking for a First Impressions Coordinator to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring every guest has a positive experience from the moment they arrive. This Contract to permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors, creating a warm and detail-oriented environment.<br>• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring inquiries are directed appropriately.<br>• Greet and guide guests, vendors, and delivery personnel to the correct locations within the facility.<br>• Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring seamless organizational operations.<br>• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold a detail-oriented atmosphere.<br>• Coordinate schedules and appointments to support office efficiency.<br>• Assist in event coordination, including preparing materials and managing logistics.<br>• Handle routine tasks with consistency and attention to detail.<br>• Communicate effectively with team members and visitors to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Proven experience in administrative support or receptionist roles.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and efficient demeanor.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.<br>• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.<br>• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.<br>• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
