Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Savannah, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage a multi-line phone system efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a detail-oriented and positive first impression.<br>• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.<br>• Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized front desk area.<br>• Handle and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly and accurately.<br>• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.<br>• Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.<br>• Assist with basic inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and staff.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in managing a switchboard with 1-10 phone lines.<br>• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and strong customer service orientation.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required.
