Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Sartell, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent administrative support. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate calendars for staff and clients.<br>• Update and organize client records to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.<br>• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and distributing newsletters and other communications.<br>• Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, and typing.<br>• Answer incoming calls professionally and manage switchboard operations for multiple lines.<br>• Maintain cleanliness and order in front desk areas, conference rooms, and other shared spaces.<br>• Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are balanced.<br>• Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.<br>• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support team operations.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in administrative support roles.<br>• At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.<br>• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on detail-oriented work.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and timely approach.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and managing switchboard operations.<br>• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
