We are looking for a dynamic Video Production Engineer to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. This Contract-to-permanent position involves supervising video production operations, managing A/V systems, and creating compelling visual content that connects with the community. The ideal candidate will lead creative projects, ensure seamless technical operations, and collaborate across teams to produce high-quality media.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Supervise daily operations of the video production team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.<br>• Manage and maintain A/V systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance.<br>• Produce engaging video and photography content that aligns with organizational goals and initiatives.<br>• Operate A/V equipment during studio shoots, field productions, and live events.<br>• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for broadcast and production operations.<br>• Create or oversee the development of 2D and 3D animations for digital and television platforms.<br>• Research and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for production technology.<br>• Lead training sessions for staff on the latest production tools and techniques.<br>• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables for video projects to ensure successful execution.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production and A/V systems management.<br>• Proven leadership experience in managing creative and technical teams.<br>• Advanced skills in video editing, animation, lighting, and related production tools.<br>• Strong expertise in system configuration, design, and troubleshooting.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with strategic communication and electronic components used in production environments.<br>• Knowledge of voice gateways and audio-visual technologies.
