The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and a strong ability to manage litigation tasks independently.<strong> This is 100% in office- excellent salary $150K-175K DOE, bonus (S) structure and benefits.</strong> <strong> Please send your resume to Stacey Lyons via LinkedIn for immediate consideration!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle complex business and commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.</p><p>• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Manage e-filing processes efficiently, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.</p><p>• Attend hearings and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.</p><p>• Collaborate with paralegals and other associates to finalize legal documents.</p><p>• Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.</p><p>• Participate in discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories and document requests.</p><p>• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members.</p><p>• Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.</p>

• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.<br>• At least 2 years of experience in business and commercial litigation.<br>• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.<br>• Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and e-filing systems.<br>• Excellent research and analytical skills to support legal decision-making.<br>• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.<br>• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Familiarity with discovery procedures and document management.
