<p>Basic Job Duties:</p><p><br></p><p>• Prepare and post monthly journal entries. </p><p>• Prepare monthly financial statements and perform analysis as needed. </p><p>• Assemble financial package for Branch Managers and the Board.</p><p>• Provide research data for monthly financial analysis.</p><p>• Prepare and maintain high-level Review Notes for Financial Statements</p><p>• Oversee and provide coverage for Jorlease/Cash Accountant:</p><p>• Perform numerous banking functions on the bank’s Internet website. </p><p>• Reconcile cash deposits to the bank daily. </p><p>• Complete Balance Sheet account reconciliations and analysis.</p><p>• Prepare Sales Tax prepayments and Quarterly returns.</p><p>• Prepare monthly Cooperage reports</p><p>• Prepare CRV Distributor reports and payments. </p><p>• Prepare Business Property Statements.</p><p>• Prepare annual audit schedules for external audit. </p><p>• Maintain fixed asset depreciation system. </p><p>Other duties as required.</p><p>Experience Required:</p><p><br></p><p>• Minimum of 5years in a professional accounting position.</p><p><br></p><p>Skills Required:</p><p><br></p><p>• Self-starter </p><p>• Knowledge of automated accounting systems </p><p>• Ability to work independently at a high level </p><p>• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities </p><p>• Good written and oral communication skills </p><p>• Strong numerical skills </p><p>• Attention to detail and accuracy </p><p>• Good people skills, team player </p><p>• Intermediate level or higher - Windows and Excel </p><p><br></p>
