<p>We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, you will oversee daily office tasks, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the team's administrative needs.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise and coordinate daily office activities, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.</p><p>• Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service.</p><p>• Organize and maintain office records by scanning, filing, and updating documents as needed.</p><p>• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintaining the integrity of office databases.</p><p>• Train and support team members in entry-level administrative roles.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task execution.</p><p>• Address inquiries and resolve issues with attention to detail and in a timely manner.</p><p>• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a well-maintained environment.</p>
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting visitors.<br>• Strong ability to scan, organize, and manage documents efficiently.<br>• Excellent clerical skills, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Proficiency in basic office software such as Office Suite.<br>• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
