<ul><li>Accurately grade written assignments, exams, and assessments according to established rubrics and guidelines</li><li>Ensure consistency and fairness in scoring across all student work</li><li>Review student responses thoroughly to maintain grading accuracy and quality standards</li><li>Record and report grades in accordance with school policies and timelines</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of student information and academic records</li><li>Communicate grading discrepancies or concerns to instructional or administrative staff</li><li>Meet grading deadlines while managing workload efficiently</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High attention to detail with the ability to follow grading rubrics precisely</li><li>Strong work ethic and reliability; able to meet deadlines consistently</li><li>Prior experience in grading, education, or assessment support preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive academic materials</li><li>Proficiency with basic technology and online grading platforms is a plus</li></ul><p><br></p>
