The role involves working on-site three days a week and contributing to the seamless integration and optimization of organizational data systems.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the migration of data from legacy systems into Apricot/Bonterra, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.</p><p>• Utilize Apricot’s tools to design and modify forms, fields, and import mappings for complex datasets.</p><p>• Extract, transform, and clean data from scattered legacy databases using SQL Server and Access.</p><p>• Validate, troubleshoot, and verify data to maintain compliance with reporting standards and privacy regulations.</p><p>• Develop training materials and provide hands-on support to non-technical staff during the transition to a unified data system.</p><p>• Design and implement reporting and visualization solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau.</p><p>• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure data integrity and promote consistent practices across all programs.</p><p>• Monitor and improve data quality to support grant and contract reporting needs.</p><p>• Provide technical guidance to staff and foster a collaborative, mission-driven work environment.</p>
