Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo, California. This is a long-term contract position that offers an opportunity to support daily office operations and contribute to a productive and efficient work environment. If you excel in multitasking and have strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.<br>• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally while providing excellent customer service.<br>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.<br>• Assist with receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing front desk activities.<br>• Prepare, organize, and distribute documents and reports as needed.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items to support uninterrupted operations.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.<br>• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring proper arrangements are in place.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining organized records.<br>• Strong ability to answer and handle inbound calls effectively.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including front desk management.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.<br>• Proficiency in basic office tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
