As part of the team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for employees and visitors, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist employees and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing information in a detail-oriented and friendly manner. • Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms, equipment requests, and IT support to ensure workplace efficiency. • Organize and support workplace events, including room setup, catering arrangements, and audiovisual requirements. • Maintain workplace amenities such as break rooms, wellness spaces, and lounges, ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully functional. • Promote health and safety protocols, including emergency procedures, proper equipment usage, and hazard reporting. • Foster a sense of community by planning and executing team-building activities and social events. • Utilize customer ticketing systems to track and resolve service requests effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workplace processes and enhance employee satisfaction. • Monitor and report on workplace operations to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance with policies. • Assist in onboarding visitors and employees with technology and workplace-specific software.

• Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills. • Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity. • Strong teamwork capabilities while also being able to work independently and take initiative. • Familiarity with workplace technologies and software, with a preference for candidates who are tech-savvy. • Experience managing customer ticketing systems or similar tools. • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with employees and stakeholders effectively. • Ability to coordinate events and manage logistics with attention to detail. • Commitment to upholding workplace health, safety, and compliance standards.
