Sr Marketing Manager
<p>We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will lead performance marketing initiatives, manage substantial budgets across various channels, and develop innovative strategies to drive growth for our brand and retail partners. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize marketing campaigns, and deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage large-scale budgets for performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Paid Social and Shopping, ensuring optimal product feed management.</p><p>• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to the needs of key brand and retail partners.</p><p>• Collaborate with budget stakeholders to align deliverables and ensure the success of campaigns in a dynamic setting.</p><p>• Lead discussions with internal teams to support the seamless execution of marketing initiatives and features.</p><p>• Partner with cross-functional teams and external collaborators to refine media purchasing strategies and capitalize on market trends and seasonal opportunities.</p><p>• Monitor and enhance campaign metrics to meet ambitious growth objectives and optimize performance.</p><p>• Generate forecasts and budget recommendations while adapting strategies based on emerging insights.</p><p>• Design and manage an experimentation roadmap to test and improve campaign performance using A/B testing, incrementality tests, and bidding algorithm evaluations.</p><p>• Recommend and implement tests for new channels or product features to unlock growth potential and expand audience reach.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues proactively, ensuring smooth operations.</p>
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across major platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok.<br>• Proven track record in managing significant budgets and optimizing customer acquisition costs.<br>• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve performance metrics.<br>• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.<br>• Ability to strategize around goals while balancing execution and innovation.<br>• Experience working in deadline-driven environments with precision and multitasking abilities.<br>• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.<br>• Comfortable working with cross-functional partners, including sales, product, and engineering teams, to achieve shared objectives.
