Rental Assistance Program Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Rental Assistance Program Manager to oversee property administration and support tenants effectively. This contract-to-permanent position is based in San Francisco, California, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to residential and commercial property management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, and a proven ability to lead and coach teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage rental assistance programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.<br>• Organize and oversee administrative tasks to maintain efficiency and accountability.<br>• Address tenant concerns and provide solutions to improve satisfaction and resolve issues.<br>• Guide and coach team members to enhance performance and meet organizational goals.<br>• Collaborate with leasing consultants and property managers to streamline operations.<br>• Utilize Yardi software for accurate tracking and management of property data.<br>• Set and monitor deadlines to ensure program goals are achieved.<br>• Coordinate interviews and tours for prospective tenants or candidates.<br>• Analyze and solve complex problems related to property management.<br>• Maintain fluency in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with diverse tenants.
• Demonstrated experience in property management, including residential and commercial settings.<br>• Proficiency in Yardi software for property administration.<br>• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.<br>• Proven ability to coach and redirect team members to achieve better performance.<br>• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English for effective communication.<br>• Problem-solving expertise with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.<br>• Experience as a leasing consultant or in related roles.<br>• Ability to work in a goal-oriented and collaborative environment.
