• Proven experience in finance operations or management roles.<br>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.<br>• Excellent communication and documentation skills.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including C-suite executives.<br>• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization.<br>• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train and guide teams.<br>• Knowledge of automation tools and techniques to enhance efficiency.<br>• Familiarity with risk management and process improvement methodologies.
