Exam Proctor
<p>We are looking for detail-oriented Exam Proctors that will be available on February 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, and 27th. No prior experience is required; however, you must be available onsite in San Franscisco 7am-7pm each day. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of exams and ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures. This position requires a high level of integrity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a calm and attentive demeanor under pressure. If you are available to commit 100% to the five days listed, apply today! </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Inspect admittance documentation and for entry into the exam and to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the exam room</li><li>Assist in the administration of the exam including distributing, collecting, and accounting for exam materials</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and security of all testing materials</li><li>Observe examinees while they take the exam</li><li>Conduct routine testing center observations to ensure testing rules and measures are being followed </li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Must attend all examination events on time and remain at the test center until dismissed by staff </li><li>Must be a high school graduate and at least 18 years old (must not be a law clerk, a law student, a paralegal or admitted as an attorney in any jurisdiction) </li><li>Ability to work for 10 – 12 hours per day for at least 2 consecutive days </li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, accept instructions/corrections from staff and supervising proctors, communicate effectively and courteously, and possess strong organizational skills and use good judgment </li><li>Ability to move quickly and quietly around assigned section and test center with ease and ability to carry boxes of materials that may weigh up to 40 lbs. and must possess the ability to stand/walk up to 75% of the time </li></ul><p><br></p>
