<p>A leading global immigration law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney to support its Writing Team on a remote, contract basis. This role is focused on high-volume writing projects for a large technology client and requires deep, hands-on experience with extraordinary ability and national interest waiver petitions. The ideal candidate can contribute immediately with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, writing-intensive environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Draft and file O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions in a high-volume setting</li><li>Prepare and respond to RFEs and NOIDs with thorough legal analysis and supporting evidence</li><li>Review and refine petition narratives, exhibits, and supporting documentation</li><li>Conduct legal research and advise on complex case strategy</li><li>Collaborate with writing teams, case managers, and attorneys to ensure accuracy and efficiency</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Active U.S. state bar or Washington, D.C. bar membership in good standing</li><li>3–5+ years of business immigration experience with a strong emphasis on O-1, EB-1, and NIW writing</li><li>Demonstrated success drafting RFEs and complex extraordinary ability filings</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines</li><li>Strong written advocacy skills</li><li>Must be available to work West Coast business hours</li></ul><p><br></p>
