Business Immigration Analyst
<p>We are partnering with a global leader in immigration law to source two Immigration Assistants to join its San Francisco office during a high-volume Adjustment of Status (AOS) filing period this October.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Support attorneys and paralegals in preparing and filing employment-based immigration petitions and applications</li><li>Organize and maintain case files and documentation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</li><li>Communicate with clients to gather required information and documentation</li><li>Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all casework</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to work on-site in San Francisco throughout the assignment</li><li>Prior immigration or legal support experience is a plus, but not required</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business immigration while contributing to a mission-driven team during a critical filing window.</p>
