<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>7+ years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of custodial platforms (Schwab and Fidelity preferred).</li><li>Proven success managing high-performing teams.</li><li>Experience with performance reporting and CRM/workflow systems (Addepar and Salesforce a plus).</li><li>Familiarity with private fund investing (hedge funds, private equity, real estate).</li></ul><p><strong>Excited about this role?
