Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will support various administrative functions while ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in computer systems.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and organize administrative tasks, including mail runs and daily correspondence.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.<br>• Assist in coordinating team meetings, trainings, and events to promote collaboration and skill development.<br>• Support staff supervision and performance management in alignment with company policies.<br>• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, policies, and procedures across operations.<br>• Partner with various departments to streamline processes and achieve organizational goals.<br>• Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of reports to identify areas for improvement.<br>• Respond promptly to emergencies and implement action plans as required.<br>• Facilitate tenant activities and coordinate delivery of services within the building.<br>• Build positive relationships with community members and local authorities to support organizational initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in computer systems and software, including ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce.<br>• Demonstrated experience in administrative support or a related field.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with background checks, benefit functions, and auditing processes.<br>• Previous experience with ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) systems is a plus.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Comfortable walking around to complete physical tasks such as mail runs.
