Accountant
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. This position requires someone with a strong attention to detail and a solid background in financial accounting and reconciliation processes. As an integral part of our finance team, you will handle various accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Upload financial data files into NetSuite, ensuring all information is accurately entered and updated.<br>• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain current and accurate financial records.<br>• Process journal entries related to stock gifts, wires, and checks, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.<br>• Log check deposits in cashbooks and maintain organized records.<br>• Submit pledge batches for approval and maintain tracking systems.<br>• Assist with general accounting duties such as handling refunds, write-offs, and other related tasks.<br>• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiencies.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial processes.<br>• Provide support during audits and financial reviews as needed.
