Our client, a highly respected organization in the nonprofit sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance, and reporting, all while supporting a mission-driven organization dedicated to making a difference. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations</li><li>Analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies or errors in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information</li><li>Prepare and review payroll reports for management, audits, and grant reporting</li><li>Assist with benefits administration and coordination with Human Resources</li><li>Stay current on industry regulations and best practices relevant to nonprofit organizations</li><li>Support internal and external audits related to payroll</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field</li><li>2+ years of payroll processing experience; nonprofit experience highly preferred</li><li>Familiarity with payroll software (such as ADP, Paychex, or similar) and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations</li><li>High attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities</li></ul>
