We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, mentorship, and commitment to professional development.</p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p> We are seeking a motivated <strong>Litigation Attorney</strong> to join our growing Employment Defense team. Prior employment law experience is helpful but <strong>not required</strong> - we are open to strong litigators eager to learn and develop expertise in this practice area. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and client communication.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle a mix of employment defense cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour matters</li><li>Manage all aspects of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, law and motion, and trial preparation</li><li>Draft persuasive motions and briefs; conduct legal research and analysis</li><li>Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions as needed</li><li>Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy</li><li>Provide proactive and responsive communication with clients and team members</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive base salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Discretionary bonuses and billable hour credit opportunities</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)</li><li>Mentorship, training, and opportunities for advancement</li></ul><p><strong>Work Arrangement:</strong></p><ul><li>Hybrid schedule available (office located in [Del Mar, SD])</li></ul>
