Total Rewards Analyst
<p>We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves providing specialized support and expertise in compensation processes, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud. Based in This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful solutions in compensation management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Act as the primary consultant for Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud, managing configurations, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.</p><p>• Partner with Total Rewards and People Business Partners to address complex compensation challenges and implement effective solutions.</p><p>• Oversee compensation planning cycles, including testing, validation, and deployment of Oracle Compensation Cloud functionalities.</p><p>• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system reliability and address any bugs or issues.</p><p>• Collaborate with diverse teams to improve workflows and enhance user experience within compensation systems.</p><p>• Develop training materials and provide comprehensive support to stakeholders and end-users.</p><p>• Utilize advanced analytical skills to streamline compensation operations and drive process improvements.</p><p>• Ensure accurate reporting and modeling for compensation programs using tools like Microsoft Excel.</p><p>• Maintain expertise in cloud technologies and configuration management to optimize system performance.</p><p>• Influence cross-functional teams to adopt efficient practices and deliver high-quality results in compensation management.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.<br>• 8-10 years of relevant experience in compensation, including system implementation and support.<br>• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Compensation Cloud is mandatory; certification is a plus.<br>• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills, particularly in compensation modeling and reporting.<br>• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.<br>• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and experience in influencing cross-functional teams.<br>• Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) and bug resolution processes within compensation systems.<br>• Familiarity with training development and documentation for compensation-related tools and processes.
