Systems Security Administrator
Support enterprise electronic security platforms including Access Control, Video Surveillance (CCTV), Emergency Communications, Infant/Pediatric Protection (RFID), Intrusion Alarm, and Visitor Management systems<br><br>Configure and maintain application-level system settings, user permissions, and device integrations<br><br>Perform system testing, validation, and deployment of vendor-supported upgrades and patches<br><br>Monitor scheduled data exchanges between electronic security systems and enterprise applications<br><br>Generate operational reports, audits, and system performance metrics<br><br>Coordinate service restoration and troubleshooting with the Help Desk, Network Services, and vendors<br><br>Support vendors and contractors during physical system installations, expansions, and upgrades<br><br>Participate in IT service management processes related to incident response, problem resolution, and system changes<br><br>Provide after-hours and on-call support for electronic security systems operations as required<br><br>Required IT & Technical Skills<br>Electronic Security Systems (ESS) / Physical Security Technology<br><br>Access Control – Software House CCure 9000<br><br>Video Management Systems – Milestone<br><br>Emergency Communications – Zenitel Stentofon<br><br>RTLS / RFID Infant & Pediatric Protection, Staff Duress – CenTrak<br><br>Intrusion Alarm Systems – DSC<br><br>Visitor Management Systems – HID SAFE<br><br>Windows Server (system hosting and application support)<br><br>Virtualized server environments (VMware vSphere)<br><br>Enterprise server hardware support (Cisco UCS, Dell)<br><br>Network fundamentals related to system connectivity (IP addressing, VLAN awareness)<br><br>Microsoft endpoint and systems management tools for application support purposes
