Receptionist
<p>Our client is in need of a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to managing office tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Welcome and assist visitors by gathering relevant information such as their names, reason for visit, and the staff member they need to meet.</p><p>• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are directed promptly to the appropriate departments or individuals.</p><p>• Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.</p><p>• Support administrative tasks, including data entry and organizing business correspondence and memos.</p><p>• Assist in preparing marketing materials and loan-related documentation.</p><p>• Handle cancellation notices and ensure the proper entry of new loan information.</p><p>• Provide general office support to promote efficiency and organization.</p><p>• Coordinate with team members to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.</p><p>• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming for visitors.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.</p>
• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles, preferably within a financial services environment.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and directing inbound calls effectively.<br>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Familiarity with basic office software and equipment.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and strong interpersonal communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent required.
