Human Resources Generalist
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will provide essential support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth execution of daily HR operations within a large organizational setting. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who values confidentiality and thrives in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and organize employee records, ensuring all sensitive information is securely maintained.<br>• Conduct audits for workers' compensation and provide assistance in managing claims effectively.<br>• Collaborate with external partners to address HR-related inquiries and ensure compliance with regulations.<br>• Assist in various HR functions, including onboarding and benefits administration, to support employee needs.<br>• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data and information.<br>• Participate in virtual meetings to provide updates and contribute to HR project discussions.<br>• Assist in the adoption and utilization of company-specific HR systems and tools as needed.<br>• Provide support for ongoing HR initiatives and projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.<br>• Ensure timely and accurate completion of HR administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication.
• Proven experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR administration and employee relations.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage and safeguard confidential information with discretion.<br>• Excellent organizational skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and technologies specific to HR operations.<br>• Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively participate in virtual meetings.<br>• Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related technologies is highly desirable.<br>• Familiarity with benefit functions, onboarding processes, and workers' compensation procedures.<br>• Comfortable working in a large organization with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
