HR Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in San Antonio, Texas. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can provide essential support to employees and the HR team, handling routine inquiries and ensuring smooth HR operations. If you have a passion for human resources and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring all documentation requirements are met and orientations are conducted efficiently.<br>• Prepare and manage new employee paperwork, coordinate equipment distribution, and oversee uniform issuance for faculty.<br>• Initiate and oversee background checks, drug screenings, and related notifications for new hires.<br>• Attend and support new employee orientations to ensure a seamless experience.<br>• Maintain accurate employee records, perform regular audits, and manage HR data across platforms such as Paycor.<br>• Assist in organizing local employee engagement initiatives and community activities.<br>• Monitor and track faculty certifications and immunizations, ensuring timely renewals.<br>• Uphold confidentiality by safeguarding employee information and sensitive data.<br>• Provide support to the talent acquisition team with recruitment-related tasks and processes.<br>• Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned by leadership.
• Associate degree in a related field.<br>• At least 2 years of experience working within a Human Resources department.<br>• Demonstrated ability to provide multi-site HR support.<br>• Proven ability to build strong relationships and establish credibility.<br>• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality in all HR operations.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and compliance-related procedures.
