<p>The Production Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that all GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) and GFRG products meet the highest standards of excellence by managing end-to-end production operations, quality, materials, and personnel. This role oversees all production department managers and supports a large, diverse workforce. The Production Manager is directly responsible for developing production team capability, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and controlling labor hours and costs.</p><p>This position manages the largest portion of the company’s budget and has a significant impact on profitability. The Production Manager may interface with customers, general contractors, engineers, installers, inspectors, and other external partners. They play an integral role in managing, enforcing, and updating company standards for personnel, safety, materials, equipment, inventory, and environmental controls.</p><p>A core objective of this role is to implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies, a comprehensive Total Quality Management (TQM) system, and continuous improvement processes to reduce scrap by 70%, optimize value streams, and maximize operational efficiency measured through OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).</p>

<p>A. Bachelor’s degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or related field; OR B. Minimum seven (7) years managing a manufacturing operation and workforce of 40+ people</p><p>C. Experience with mold/plug design, CNC milling, concrete/gypsum spraying, metal fabrication, and mechanical maintenance is a plus. D. Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and technical drawings preferred. E. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing with proven ability to deploy Lean tools effectively. F. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to teach, present, and resolve conflict. G. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs. H. Spanish language fluency is a strong plus</p>
