<p>Robert Half is looking for an <strong>Implementation Specialist</strong> to support financial operations and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. You’ll act as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring ERP systems run smoothly and comply with GAAP standards.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain and optimize ERP financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Inventory).</li><li>Support month-end/year-end close and financial reporting.</li><li>Lead ERP upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.</li><li>Train accounting teams on ERP best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Preferred experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.</li><li>5+ years ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, M3, NetSuite).</li><li>Strong accounting knowledge and Excel skills.</li></ul>
