Help Desk Analyst I
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and customer support, eager to provide first-level technical assistance to on-site and remote users. You will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operations across our organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide Tier 1 technical support to address and resolve hardware and software issues for both on-site and remote users.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of resolutions.<br>• Assist with break/fix tasks to maintain functionality of office equipment and systems.<br>• Support users in navigating and utilizing Microsoft Windows environments effectively.<br>• Contribute to the deployment and configuration of systems using InTune.<br>• Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.<br>• Communicate effectively with users to understand technical problems and offer clear solutions.<br>• Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.<br>• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.<br>• Experience working with service desk ticketing systems.<br>• Ability to perform break/fix tasks on hardware and software.<br>• Strong communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage priorities under minimal supervision.<br>• Knowledge of InTune or similar system deployment tools is a plus.
