Property Administrator
We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks to support the management of residential properties. Your work will involve handling documentation, correspondence, and ensuring accuracy in various property-related processes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team within the service industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and maintain accurate filing systems for property-related documents.<br>• Prepare and assemble forms, brochures, and application packets for distribution.<br>• Print and mail standardized letters, memos, and correspondence to residents and property sites.<br>• Communicate with property staff to address inquiries and provide necessary support.<br>• Verify rent payments for multiple units by reconciling receipts and payment records.<br>• Compile reimbursement packets and send pre-prepared distribution letters.<br>• Handle correspondence and documentation tasks as directed by the housing manager.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.<br>• Scan and digitize documents for easy access and organization.<br>• Utilize property management software and tools to streamline administrative workflows.
• Previous experience in property or residential management is required.<br>• Proficiency in using Yardi software for property management tasks.<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.<br>• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.<br>• Familiarity with filing and scanning procedures for document organization.<br>• Experience in handling application administration processes.<br>• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with property staff and residents.<br>• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.
