We are looking for an experienced Process Mapping & SOP Consultant to join our team on a short-term contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize critical workflows related to onboarding and offboarding processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by creating streamlined documentation and facilitating improvements in operational efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead process mapping sessions with stakeholders to analyze current onboarding and offboarding workflows, identifying triggers, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.<br>• Develop detailed process diagrams that clearly illustrate workflows, decision points, and role responsibilities.<br>• Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on refined process diagrams, ensuring clarity and usability.<br>• Facilitate collaborative discussions to align stakeholders on workflow updates and proposed process improvements.<br>• Conduct follow-up reviews to present finalized SOPs and gather feedback to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>• Document future-state workflows with a focus on compliance, timing, and role clarity.<br>• Address gaps in handoffs and access within existing processes, proposing actionable solutions.<br>• Ensure that all documentation aligns with organizational standards and supports cross-functional collaboration.<br>• Provide insights and recommendations for improving HR operations and compliance-driven processes.<br>• Utilize expertise in process mapping tools and techniques to deliver high-quality outputs.

• Proven track record in business process analysis and mapping, with experience using process mapping tools.<br>• Skilled in translating complex workflows into actionable diagrams and clear documentation.<br>• Expertise in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from established workflows.<br>• Strong facilitation and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.<br>• Experience working in HR operations or compliance-driven environments.<br>• Ability to identify and address inefficiencies in workflows and recommend practical solutions.<br>• Knowledge of cross-functional workflow design and optimization.<br>• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar systems is a plus but not required.
