<p>We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and equipment. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide hands-on support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.</p><p>• Utilize tools like Windows Intune to manage system configurations and updates.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining Active Directory for account setups and modifications.</p><p>• Ensure proper backup procedures are implemented and monitored.</p><p>• Document and track technical issues using appropriate tools and processes.</p><p>• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving user inquiries efficiently.</p><p>• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance.</p>

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.<br>• Proficiency in managing Active Directory accounts and permissions.<br>• Familiarity with backup technologies and their implementation.<br>• Experience with configuration management tools, including Windows Intune.<br>• Ability to handle equipment logistics such as distribution and returns.<br>• Solid understanding of software and hardware integration.<br>• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.<br>• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
