This role requires an experienced individual with expertise in managing collections and special assets, particularly workout credits. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who can independently navigate complex credit situations and collaborate effectively with attorneys to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities:• Manage commercial collections and special asset accounts, ensuring timely resolution of overdue balances.• Analyze workout credits and develop strategies to recover collateral while minimizing losses.• Collaborate with attorneys to oversee litigation processes and drive favorable results.• Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess risk and propose actionable solutions.• Administer loan agreements and monitor compliance with established terms.• Work autonomously, taking initiative to prioritize tasks and manage files efficiently.• Provide detailed reporting and updates on collection activities and account status.• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and organizational policies.• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including non-profit organizations and commercial entities.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections and credit analysis within a banking or commercial setting. • Proven expertise in handling workout credits and special asset accounts. • Strong ability to recover collateral and manage litigation processes effectively. • Familiarity with loan agreements and administration practices. • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to independently manage files and prioritize tasks. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with attorneys and stakeholders. • Solid understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards. • Proficiency in analyzing credit risk and developing actionable recovery strategies.
