<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Network Administrator</strong> to join our team in St. Louis. This role is responsible for maintaining secure, reliable network operations across the organization. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail‑oriented, and experienced in supporting enterprise‑level networking environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure.</li><li>Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and VPN systems.</li><li>Administer network security tools, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.</li><li>Support cloud/network integrations (Azure, AWS, or similar).</li><li>Perform regular network performance monitoring and capacity planning.</li><li>Assist with network upgrades, hardware installations, and new technology deployments.</li><li>Maintain documentation for network configurations, diagrams, and processes.</li><li>Provide Tier 2/3 support for network-related issues.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on networking experience in an enterprise environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.</li><li>Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or similar network platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of network/security best practices.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or Security+.</li><li>Experience supporting cloud‑based network infrastructure (Azure/AWS).</li><li>Understanding of VoIP systems, SD‑WAN, or wireless enterprise solutions.</li><li>Scripting or automation experience (PowerShell, Python).</li></ul><p><br></p>
