We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and implementing communication strategies that support large-scale organizational initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners to drive impactful messaging and engagement.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support organizational initiatives and policy changes.<br>• Partner with senior leaders, project teams, and external consultants to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.<br>• Create, edit, and manage content for various campaigns, ensuring clear and effective communication across multiple platforms.<br>• Collaborate with HR, workforce management, and supply chain teams to address communication needs and provide timely updates.<br>• Utilize communication tools such as mobile apps and digital signage to effectively reach deskless workers.<br>• Participate in meetings with project stakeholders to gather insights, provide consultation, and adapt communication strategies as needed.<br>• Coordinate and manage enterprise-wide campaigns to drive engagement and awareness.<br>• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.<br>• Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in internal communications to continuously improve efforts.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or change communications, ideally within complex organizational environments.<br>• Proven ability to support large-scale change initiatives and manage coordinated campaigns.<br>• Strong skills in consulting with senior leaders and collaborating with external agencies.<br>• Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a portfolio of writing samples required.<br>• Experience engaging deskless or field-based employee populations through innovative communication methods.<br>• Proficiency in communication tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Slack, and other enterprise platforms.<br>• Familiarity with Oracle systems and advanced proficiency in Office and G Suite.<br>• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
