The Executive Assistant will be handling administrative work for the Board of Directors, global travel arrangements, complex calendar management, manage the CEO's inbox, prepare agendas, presentations, and project tracking. Look me up on Linked In!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.</p><p>• Arrange and oversee global travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.</p><p>• Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for Board of Directors meetings and executive-level discussions.</p><p>• Track and manage ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met efficiently.</p><p>• Handle correspondence and manage the organization’s inbox to prioritize and respond to inquiries.</p><p>• Coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up activities.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation of board presentations and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.</p><p>• Collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional initiatives and communication.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and documents.</p><p>• Act as a point of contact for the executive team, ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.</p>
• At least 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.<br>• Proven expertise in managing complex calendars and global travel arrangements.<br>• Strong ability to create well-structured and accurate presentations, reports, and agendas.<br>• Demonstrated ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.<br>• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.<br>• Proficiency with office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
