We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join a non-profit organization in Saint Louis, Missouri. This contract position requires someone with deep expertise in ERP systems, particularly payroll configurations, to support a tailored environment and upcoming system migration. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication while ensuring smooth integration processes.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Diagnose and resolve issues within ERP payroll configurations and customizations.<br>• Generate and analyze payroll-related reports to address complex challenges.<br>• Act as a liaison between IT, Finance, HR, and external ERP support vendors to enhance collaboration.<br>• Document processes and facilitate knowledge transfer for team development and future migration efforts.<br>• Lead initiatives related to payroll data migration to new ERP systems.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with organizational needs.<br>• Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on ERP functionalities.<br>• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices within ERP system operations.<br>• Apply creative problem-solving to address unique integration challenges.

• Extensive experience in ERP systems with a focus on SAP ECC6 Payroll in customized environments.<br>• Proficiency with Kronos Workforce Ready; familiarity with additional ERP modules is advantageous.<br>• Strong skills in documentation and knowledge sharing to support team development.<br>• Proven experience in project management and data migration initiatives.<br>• Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to varied audiences.<br>• Ability to adapt to dynamic challenges and deliver solutions with attention to detail.<br>• Expertise in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HR Payroll.<br>• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite, Epicor, and Kronos Timekeeping systems.
