Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and managing data to support operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are skilled in data entry and have a strong commitment to precision.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately input data into company systems and databases while ensuring high levels of accuracy.<br>• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval.<br>• Perform calculations and verify data for correctness before submission.<br>• Manage email correspondence related to data entry tasks and customer inquiries.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and maintain documents as required.<br>• Scan and digitize documents for record-keeping purposes.<br>• Apply 10-key typing skills to efficiently input numerical data.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address data discrepancies and resolve issues.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and maintaining clear communication.<br>• Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in 10-key typing with a focus on speed and accuracy.<br>• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for managing and creating documents.<br>• Ability to organize files and maintain orderly systems.<br>• Excellent email correspondence abilities with strong written communication.<br>• Capable of performing calculations and verifying numerical data accurately.<br>• Experience with scanning and digitizing documents.<br>• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
