<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI models to solve complex business challenges.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, collect and prepare data, and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.</li><li>Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.</li><li>Deploy AI/ML solutions to cloud or on-premises environments and monitor operation and outcomes.</li><li>Document methodologies, processes, and results to support future development and compliance requirements.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence engineering.</li><li>Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).</li><li>Strong foundation in data engineering, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.</li><li>Experience deploying ML solutions to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.</li><li>Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.</li><li>Exposure to MLOps tools and processes for CI/CD in ML environments.</li></ul>
