The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and cash posting, and will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>** For immediate consideration, apply and reach out to Julian Sanchez on LinkedIn **</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process and accurately apply incoming cash payments, ensuring timely updates to accounts.</p><p>• Manage accounts receivable functions, including monitoring outstanding balances and reconciling discrepancies.</p><p>• Perform high-volume data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Utilize QuickBooks Online to track transactions and maintain financial records.</p><p>• Post payments to customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly documented.</p><p>• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or issues.</p><p>• Maintain organized records of cash applications and prepare reports as needed.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.</p>

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or related roles.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online for financial tracking and reporting.<br>• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and record management.<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data entry.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and key stakeholders.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and payment issues.<br>• Familiarity with cash posting and payment processing procedures.
