Account Executive
<p>We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our Communications team. This role presents an exciting chance to excel in media and event sales while contributing to the success of award-winning websites, digital platforms, and a premier annual conference. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building meaningful client relationships and driving revenue growth through creative advertising solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Drive revenue growth by selling digital advertising across a diverse media portfolio.</p><p>• Secure sponsorships and booth sales for the organization’s flagship annual conference and trade show.</p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing advertisers and sponsors, acting as a trusted advisor.</p><p>• Identify new revenue opportunities through strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality campaigns that align with client objectives.</p><p>• Represent the organization at industry conferences and client meetings to foster connections and promote services.</p><p>• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients.</p><p>• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.</p><p>• Develop customized advertising solutions tailored to client needs and business goals.</p><p>• Stay informed on industry trends to identify emerging opportunities for growth.</p>
• Proven experience in account management, media sales, or event sales with a track record of meeting revenue goals.<br>• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive approach.<br>• Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively.<br>• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.<br>• Familiarity with digital advertising and event sales.<br>• Willingness to travel for industry conferences and client meetings as needed.<br>• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software for tracking and reporting.
