<p>Robert Half's client in Arizona is seeking a Systems Engineer. Architects, administers and operates a high performing, fault tolerant, and secure network infrastructure across multiple locations. Conducts daily network administration on client computing infrastructure including routers, switches, load balancers, servers, virtual machines, storage systems and telephony equipment. Evaluates and coordinates solutions and configurations with all internal business units to support projects. Reviews network requirements, develops plans, and implements network system services and infrastructure to support all organization operations. </p><p><strong>Critical Tasks: </strong></p><ul><li>Analyzes technology and business needs to make recommendations.</li><li>Architects systems that are secure, sustainable, and meet the current and future needs of the organization.</li><li>Solves complex technology problems and acts as escalation for problem troubleshooting.</li><li>Provides training and guidance on infrastructure solutions and related topics to internal IT staff and end users.</li><li>Leads and guides projects and initiatives through the implementation lifecycle and aids in support activities; maintains project documentation, timelines, deadlines and reporting</li><li>Designs, analyzes, maintains, and implements LAN/WAN equipment, network and telephony infrastructure, including maintenance of security measures and solutions.</li><li>Performs administration on all supported networks, systems, platforms and data storage/SAN.</li><li>Administers Cisco networking, UCS, telephony, email security and firewall solutions.</li><li>Administers virtualization solutions, such as VMware ESXi and Citrix VDI.</li><li>Administers hyper-converged infrastructure solutions, such as Nutanix.</li><li>Provides the highest level of administration and knowledge on Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft SQL installation and configuration, as well as PowerShell and like scripting methodologies.</li><li>Plans and deploys mobile device management projects.</li><li>Documents physical and logical diagrams of network architecture using tools such as Microsoft Visio.</li><li>Performs other job-related activities as requested.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or a closely related field required</li><li>5 years of experience in systems administration or network management required. </li><li>Demonstrates ability to relate to diverse cultures and specifically the Gila River Community and/or other Native American cultures and community health services.</li></ul>
