<p>Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy coordinator to support the rollout of a new Digital Asset Management System. This is a part-time, 20-hour-per week opportunity; candidates can work remote, but must be available for eastern (EST) hours. This short-term role involves organizing and tagging digital images to ensure easy access across departments. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly organized, and able to work independently after training.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Organize and tag digital assets with metadata and keywords</li><li>Create searchable collections and ensure formatting quality</li><li>Support process improvements and provide admin support</li></ul>

<ul><li>2+ year of administrative experience</li><li>Experience using a digital asset management software (Stockpress is a bonus)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint</li><li>Proficiency in applying metadata and tagging techniques to digital files.</li><li>Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
