<p>We’re looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish-English) Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with affordable housing programs and property management systems, and is passionate about supporting residents and keeping operations running smoothly.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist with leasing, renewals, and applicant interviews</li><li>Complete recertifications and maintain compliance with Section 8, MRVP, and LIHTC programs</li><li>Respond to tenant inquiries and ensure timely follow-up</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date resident files</li><li>Provide bilingual support to Spanish-speaking residents</li><li>Use RealPage software for property management tasks</li><li>Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Experience in property management, especially with affordable housing programs</li><li>Familiarity with RealPage and housing compliance (Section 8, MRVP, LIHTC)</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><p><br></p>
