We are looking for a skilled Acumatica Techno-Functional Systems Analyst to join our team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. This long-term contract role involves stabilizing, optimizing, and enhancing the Acumatica platform to meet evolving business requirements. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a functional understanding of business processes, particularly within financial modules.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Analyze and address operational challenges within the Acumatica system to ensure stability and optimal performance.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to audit and improve workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency.<br>• Redesign and optimize financial and operational reports to meet business needs and ensure data accuracy.<br>• Lead regression testing for Acumatica updates to ensure smooth transitions and compatibility.<br>• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and translate business requirements into functional solutions.<br>• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support system changes and user adoption.<br>• Coordinate training sessions and gather user feedback to foster effective change management.<br>• Work closely with business leaders to prioritize system improvements that align with organizational goals.<br>• Provide ongoing support for Acumatica users, addressing technical and functional issues promptly.<br>• Ensure compliance with best practices while implementing new features or updates.

• Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Analyst role working with Acumatica, especially in post-go-live environments.<br>• Strong understanding of financial modules like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Purchasing.<br>• Familiarity with Oracle systems is a plus, offering insight into transition-related challenges.<br>• Proficiency in system analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address operational issues.<br>• Experience with regression testing and software upgrade processes.<br>• Ability to customize and evaluate reports to meet specific business requirements.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.<br>• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
